Sr. Analyst, Logistics

Responsibilities

• Oversee all logistics operations including receiving, shipping, warehouse, and transportation functions.
• Lead and develop a team of associates, providing daily guidance and oversight.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols, OSHA standards, and Job Hazard Analysis (JHA) practices.
• Monitor departmental Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement and ensure service level commitments.
• Act as the primary information source for the team regarding workload priorities and critical logistics updates.
• Collaborate with local program support, mission assurance, and government property compliance teams.
• Train associates on tasking requirements and maintain updated training documentation.
• Perform duties as the on-site logistics lead during weekend and holiday schedules when required.

Requirements

• University Degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in logistics operations.
• Proven leadership experience.
• U.S. Citizenship is required to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued Secret security clearance.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with OSHA and Environmental Health and Safety (EHS).
• Prior leadership experience specifically within logistics operations.
• Working knowledge of SAP (PRISM, RAYTRAK, & APEX).
• Knowledge of global trade standards and processes for imports and exports.
• Active DOT and IATA Certifications with detailed knowledge of shipment standards.
