Sr. Analyst

Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze centralized reports to highlight business performance for Local Managers and PBU counterparts
• Automate manual reporting activities within the Order to Cash group through system automation and robust technical solutions
• Design, develop, and implement interactive Power BI dashboards for Accounts Receivable, KPIs, and performance tracking
• Integrate data from various sources to optimize reporting and ensure data quality and security
• Collaborate with IT to manage data mapping, UAT testing, and database optimization for financial reporting
• Create visual reporting outputs such as charts and infographics to enable data-driven decision-making
• Ensure standardization and best practices in metrics, reporting, and compliance with applicable policies

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology (Finance or Accounting experience is preferred)
• 4 to 8 years of relevant experience, with 5 to 7 years in Order to Cash (OTC) processes preferred
• Mandatory experience working within a shared services environment supporting a global region
• Proficiency in database management and data modeling using Oracle or SQL Server
• Hands-on experience with Power BI, Python (including Numpy, Pandas, and Matplotlib), and Advanced Excel/VBA
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
