Sr. Analyst, Internal Digital Platforms

Responsibilities

• Build, enhance, and maintain internal platforms and automated workflows using SharePoint Online, Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, and Teams.
• Lead the analysis and design of business processes, documenting problem statements, process flows, and gap analyses.
• Support and troubleshoot employee communications platforms including ComcastNow, Viva Engage, Viva Connections, and Vimeo.
• Partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical requirements for Copilot-based internal agents.
• Leverage web metrics and analytics to assess platform effectiveness and provide actionable insights to internal clients.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation including workflows, schemas, change logs, and architecture.

Requirements

• 7-10 years of relevant work experience in business process analysis or digital platform management.
• Deep expertise in the Microsoft 365 suite, specifically SharePoint Online, Power Platform, and Teams.
• Proven experience with business process analysis, documentation, and workflow automation.
• Strong understanding of UX design principles and web metrics.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical business stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and backlog management.
• Familiarity with Copilot Studio or AI-driven agent development.
• Experience using Adobe or SWOOP analytics.
