About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead and facilitate continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Kaizen, and Six Sigma tools
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to identify operational inefficiencies and implement robust solutions
  • Develop and execute Factory 4.0 strategies, including digital workflows, automation, and smart manufacturing technologies
  • Analyze production data to identify trends, constraints, and improvement opportunities
  • Support the creation of standard work, process documentation, and performance metrics
  • Train and mentor team members to build a strong continuous improvement culture
  • Lead Kaizen events, Gemba walks, and structured problem-solving sessions
  • Collaborate with engineering, operations, and quality teams to ensure effective solution integration

Requirements

  • STEM degree (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics)
  • Minimum of 2 years of prior relevant experience
  • Experience with Lean manufacturing, Kaizen, or continuous improvement methodologies
  • Experience with data visualization tools and digital manufacturing systems (e.g., MES, IIoT, Power BI)
  • U.S. citizenship is required for this role

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field
  • Six Sigma Green Belt or higher with experience leading Kaizen events
  • Proficiency with simulation, time studies, and ergonomic analysis
  • Knowledge of automation, sensors, and Industry 4.0 technologies
  • Experience in aerospace or automotive manufacturing environments
