Sr Analyst, HR Operations GBS

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support via chat, phone, email, and tickets regarding HR topics such as Pre-Payroll, Staffing, Benefits, and Workday processes
• Manage end-to-end HR operations including onboarding, employee records, internal movements, and offboarding
• Create and maintain HR documentation such as contracts, letters, and employment records
• Ensure Workday data integrity, support audits, and deliver accurate reporting
• Contribute to system enhancements, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and automation initiatives
• Develop and maintain Knowledge Articles, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and employee handbooks
• Drive continuous improvement by sharing process optimization ideas and meeting operational indicators

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in HR Operations or Shared Services
• Mandatory hands-on Workday experience (transactions, business processes, and reporting)
• Fluency in both English and Spanish
• Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
• Strong process and system orientation with proven compliance and audit management skills
• Analytical mindset with a focus on process improvement and customer service
