Sr. Analyst GTM Strategy & Operations

Responsibilities

• Support and drive strategic and operational initiatives by developing data-driven insights to improve revenue growth, customer acquisition, and retention
• Apply AI-enabled analytics and advanced techniques like predictive modeling and segmentation to enhance decision-making
• Partner with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, Product, and Finance to translate business problems into analytical frameworks
• Build and maintain scalable reporting, dashboards, and performance tracking tools using automation and AI
• Support pipeline analysis, forecasting, and strategic assessment of performance and optimization opportunities
• Communicate findings clearly to senior leadership through structured presentations and reporting

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in strategy, analytics, GTM operations, or similar roles within a SaaS or B2B technology organization

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA or graduate degree in a quantitative field
• Strong understanding of recurring revenue business models
• Advanced analytical and modeling skills with advanced Excel proficiency
• Experience with Salesforce, Power BI, or Thinkcell
• Demonstrated experience applying AI/machine learning tools in a business context
• Strong financial and commercial acumen
