Sr. Analyst, GSS Franchise Revenue Auditor

Responsibilities

• Support the execution of the franchise revenue audit plan by performing analytical and investigative procedures to identify unreported revenue and process gaps.
• Conduct virtual property management system audits to ensure accuracy in gross room revenue reporting and adherence to brand standards.
• Document audit procedures, test results, and findings in comprehensive workpapers.
• Collaborate with the Audit Services Manager and stakeholders to resolve audit disputes and address inquiries.
• Prepare revenue audit reporting and contribute to budget vs. forecast tracking.
• Perform quarterly Nightly Transmission (NT) audits.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (preferred).
• 4-6 years of experience in auditing, compliance, accounting, or financial controls.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
• Fluency in both English and Spanish.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify trends within large datasets.
• Experience in hospitality, financial services, or franchised environments is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• CPA or other relevant business certification.
• Experience working within a Shared Services Center environment.
• Experience conducting virtual audits and preparing formal audit documentation.
