Sr. Analyst, GSS Compensation

Responsibilities

• Support the end-to-end global commissions lifecycle by maintaining accurate plan and participant data and validating calculations.
• Manage payment processing and financial reporting, including preparing wire/check requests and supporting month-end close.
• Administer third-party broker payments and reconcile payouts and statements.
• Compile and maintain monthly, YTD, and ad hoc analytical data to enable accurate financial reporting.
• Assist with the monthly close process and prepare invoices/statements for regular payroll cycles.
• Maintain organized filing and scanning of contracts and supporting documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Management, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in compensation administration, Total Rewards operations, or HR shared services.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong analytical/data management skills.
• Fluency in English (both written and verbal) is required.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work overtime during peak reporting periods (January, April, July, and October).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting U.S.-based HR processes.
• Proficiency with HR systems such as SuccessFactors.
