Sr Analyst Global Treasury Operations

Responsibilities

• Perform Global Treasury Shared Service activities including banking operations, cash management, and treasury reporting
• Manage daily cash positioning and pool cash from secondary bank accounts
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on the global cash position
• Handle banking operations such as bank account signer updates, KYC documentation, and bank portal administration
• Assist in executing standby letters of credit, export letters of credit, and performance bonds
• Develop, monitor, and analyze bank fees
• Coordinate with business units to prepare weekly cash forecasts and mitigate variances
• Maintain and update signatories for all global bank accounts and manage portal user access
• Contribute to a strong controls and compliance environment in accordance with treasury policies

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics
• 4-5 years of finance experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Adobe
• Fluent in English
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple ongoing tasks and projects
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• 2 or more years of direct treasury experience
• Experience working with global financial operations
• Experience with Treasury Management Systems (TMS)
• Background in high-volume and complex environments
• Experience with bank documentation or portal maintenance
