Sr. Analyst, Finance

Responsibilities

• Provide budget, forecast, and variance analysis along with related reporting.
• Conduct financial research and analyze performance against objectives to identify emerging trends.
• Maintain and update statistical and financial databases and reports on a weekly, monthly, and annual basis.
• Communicate the rationale behind complex financial analysis and reports in simple, actionable terms.
• Act as a resource for colleagues and interface with other departments on special projects.
• Exercise independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance to support functional business objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of relevant professional work experience.
• Proven expertise in budgeting and forecast analysis.
• Strong skills in financial research and data management.
• Ability to work a variable schedule, including nights and weekends if necessary.
