Sr Analyst Engagement Monitoring

Responsibilities

• Establish and manage the monthly HCP Engagement Folder audit process to ensure timely documentation and reporting.
• Conduct deep-dive audits of HCP spend by utilizing Spend Per Audit and Spend Per Participant reports.
• Review all receipts for compliance, accuracy, and proper documentation within meeting budgets.
• Perform monthly audits of speaker programs, including reviewing participant reports and backup documentation from vendors.
• Audit monthly HCP fees and expenses within the engagement platform prior to aggregate spend submission.
• Monitor the Fair Market Value (FMV) process, ensuring all approvals are captured and travel stipends are calculated correctly.
• Identify system or data discrepancies within the HCP Engagement platform and collaborate with teams to manage corrections.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• 4+ years of experience in a corporate role, specifically involving financial analysis, auditing, or contract management.
• Demonstrated understanding of pharmaceutical industry guidelines and the Federal Sunshine Act.
• Proven experience in project management or working within a CRO/clinical background.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience working within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong background in auditing and financial compliance.
