Sr. Analyst, Business Analytics

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business leaders to assess data needs and craft technical specifications for analytics initiatives
• Identify and integrate alternative data sources to enrich insights for stakeholder decision-making
• Query and synthesize data from big data platforms including Teradata, SQL Server, Hadoop, and AWS
• Conduct exploratory data analysis and hypothesis testing to uncover key business drivers
• Create predictive models for sales, demand, and other critical business metrics to aid strategic planning
• Evaluate marketing campaigns and business initiatives to measure effectiveness
• Present complex analytical findings to executives using clear narratives and compelling data visualizations
• Ensure adherence to data governance, privacy, and security standards

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience
• 5-7 years of relevant work experience in business analytics or data science
• Proficiency in Teradata, SQL Server, Hadoop, and AWS
• Proven experience with predictive modeling
• Strong data visualization skills and ability to communicate complex findings to executives
