Sr. Analyst, Bank Loans

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of syndicated loans, including deal closings, drawdowns, rollovers, repayments, and trade settlements
• Perform cash and invoice reconciliations while ensuring adherence to SLAs
• Maintain compliance with internal policies, controls, and regulatory requirements
• Support audit processes and contribute to automation and process improvement initiatives
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external parties to ensure seamless transaction processing

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of experience in Loan Syndication, Loan Operations, or a related domain
• Hands-on expertise with Wall Street Office (WSO) applications
• Solid understanding of IBOR/ABOR and Custody Reconciliation processes
• Proficiency in MS Excel and other financial tools
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Additional certifications or training related to loan syndication or financial operations
• Experience with automation initiatives in a loan operations environment
