About the role
Responsibilities
- Monitor ERP Finance systems and support queues to analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve application-related issues
- Provide production support for Oracle Fusion Cloud Financial modules including GL, AP, AR, FA, and CM
- Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities
- Perform root cause analysis for recurring issues and propose long-term solutions
- Configure and maintain ERP setups based on documented business requirements
- Support ERP releases, patches, and upgrades through regression testing and UAT
- Execute and validate data imports/exports using FBDI and other tools
- Develop and support basic OTBI and BI Publisher reports
- Collaborate with integration teams on data flows between ERP and external systems
- Provide Tier-2 support for user queries and assist in creating training materials
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or equivalent
- Minimum 6+ years of ERP/Oracle Fusion Finance Application Support experience
- Strong understanding of finance processes such as P2P, O2C, and R2R
- Hands-on ERP exposure
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA or CA qualification
