Sr. Analyst, Accounts Payable

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth analysis and reconciliation of accounts payable transactions to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Monitor invoice workflow queues and resolve processing exceptions to maintain SLA adherence
• Manage utility invoice operations, including onboarding suppliers to automated processing methods
• Drive process improvements for duplicate invoice detection and prevention
• Support offshore resources to ensure accurate and timely invoice entry across multiple Business Units
• Research and resolve escalated inquiries regarding account status from internal and external customers
• Generate scheduled and ad-hoc reports related to accounts payable activities
• Oversee reconciliation and performance monitoring of the Auto Pay process
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve accounts payable processes and systems

Requirements

• 5-7 years of relevant work experience in accounts payable
• Deep knowledge of Accounts Payable processes and invoice processing expertise
• Proven skills in process improvement and workflow optimization
• Ability to exercise independent judgment and discretion in significant matters
• Bachelor's Degree preferred
