Responsibilities
- Establish and advise on AI innovation strategies by analyzing business challenges
- Design and implement AI-based architectures to meet complex requirements from non-technical departments
- Conduct feasibility studies and ROI analysis for AI technology adoption
- Lead AI prototyping and hackathons to define business problems and launch MVPs quickly
Requirements
- 7+ years of professional experience in a related field
- Proven track record of leading development teams or task forces to project success
- Full-stack development understanding from requirement analysis to prototype launch
- Excellent communication skills to consult with C-level and business leaders
- Proactive problem-solving mindset in high-uncertainty environments
- Ability to travel overseas
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience as a Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) in B2B SaaS or companies like Palantir
- Startup founder (CTO) experience or experience building products from zero to one
- Deep understanding of GenAI technologies including LLM, RAG, AI Agents, and Prompt Engineering
- Preference for Agile working styles and high-intensity output environments
