Sr. AI DevOps Engineer

Responsibilities

• Establish and advise on AIOps platform innovation strategies
• Design AIOps platform and observability pipeline architectures
• Develop scale-up strategies for operational automation (Auto-healing, Auto-scaling)
• Conduct feasibility studies and ROI analysis for automation adoption
• Define SLI/SLO/SLA and advise on spreading SRE culture across the organization
• Build Runbook auto-execution systems and develop/operate platform tools

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in SRE, DevOps, or Platform Engineering
• Experience defining and implementing SRE methodologies within an organization
• Experience building/operating Kubernetes environments with GitOps and Argo CD
• Experience with observability stacks (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or OpenTelemetry)
• Experience with infrastructure incident response (on-call) and post-mortem analysis
• Experience with infrastructure automation tools (Terraform, Karpenter, Ansible)
• Ability to travel overseas

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience implementing AIOps or deployment automation in production services
• Experience using AI coding agents (Claude Code CLI, Codex CLI, etc.) for automation
• Experience developing platform tools (MCP, Skills, Plugins) to improve developer productivity
• Experience applying Google SRE concepts (SLI/SLO/Error Budget) to real-world organizations
