Sr. Advisor, Culture

Responsibilities

• Drive BMO’s enterprise Winning Culture and Ambition 2030 strategy through behavior change, leader activation, and cultural integration
• Partner to build and execute a multi-year roadmap for activation and sustainment of high-performance behaviors
• Provide strategic advice and counsel to leaders regarding cultural insights and required operational shifts
• Translate complex cultural and engagement data into programmatic interventions and actionable insights
• Partner across HR, Ethics, and Risk teams to assess and manage culture and behavior risk through integrated frameworks
• Collaborate with Corporate Communications to deliver key messages regarding the definition of Winning Culture
• Support the design of executive-level materials, including Board and Steering Committee presentations

Requirements

• 7-10+ years of relevant experience in culture, talent management, or strategic initiatives
• Post-secondary degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Expert-level strategic thinking and project/program management skills
• In-depth analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making
• Strong influence and collaboration skills with experience working across diverse functional groups
• Proven ability to manage ambiguity and lead complex, large-scale organizational changes
