Sr Advanced Quality Engineer

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage advanced quality engineering initiatives to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality products
• Develop and implement robust quality control processes and procedures based on data-driven insights and industry best practices
• Analyze complex quality performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous improvement projects
• Mentor quality teams and collaborate with cross-functional departments to foster a culture of operational excellence

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline (STEM)
• 10 years of experience in quality engineering, preferably within the manufacturing industry
• Strong knowledge of quality control methodologies, tools, and industry best practices
• Expertise in statistical analysis tools and techniques, including Design of Experiments (DOE), Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA), and Statistical Process Control (SPC)
• Proficiency with quality management systems and data analytics to drive continuous improvement

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degrees such as a Master’s in Engineering or related technical fields
• Six Sigma Black Belt or other quality certifications like Certified Quality Engineer (CQE)
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and develop quality teams
• Proficiency in change management and project management methodologies
