Sr Active Directory Engineer

Responsibilities

• Provide support and implementation services for Microsoft Active Directory and Windows-based systems across the enterprise.
• Manage directory and identity management solutions, including global system security and policy configuration.
• Lead root cause analysis (RCA) and problem management for the enterprise Active Directory landscape.
• Serve as a high-level escalation point for complex production, application, and system-related troubleshooting.
• Perform daily system monitoring to ensure the integrity and availability of hardware, server resources, and key processes.
• Install, configure, and maintain Active Directory and associated third-party utilities.
• Create and maintain comprehensive system documentation for domain technologies and troubleshooting steps.
• Collaborate with project and support teams to implement global enterprise-level initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline (or 10+ years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree).
• 10+ years of experience working with Enterprise Active Directory infrastructure.
• In-depth knowledge of Active Directory, AD FS, Windows Server, Windows security, AD Proxy, and Azure AD/Entra ID.
• Proficiency in English.
• Ability to participate in on-call rotations as required.
• Willingness to travel locally, regionally, nationally, and internationally.

Preferred Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in a global IT infrastructure environment.
• Microsoft and Azure certifications.
• Proficiency in Spanish.
