Sr Accounts Payable Specialist

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts payable for up to five APAC entities, including complex regulatory environments in China, India, Indonesia, and Taiwan
• Register and process vendor invoices in Coupa, ensuring accurate coding and routing per the Delegation of Authority (DOA) policy
• Coordinate documentation and support compliance requirements for audits, specifically assisting with India audit processes
• Execute payments both manually and via automated file transfers from Oracle ERP
• Liaise with international teams to ensure timely supplier payments and resolve ad-hoc queries
• Collaborate with local Payroll, Tax, and Compliance teams to ensure seamless Tax and WHT payments
• Perform month-end tasks including reporting, reconciliation of supplier statements, and preparing financial spreadsheets
• Manage the day-to-day administration of the AP shared mailbox and support the supplier onboarding process

Requirements

• Proven experience in an end-to-end Accounts Payable (P2P) role
• Experience facilitating international transactions within a multi-currency and multiple-entity group
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
• Advanced Excel skills, including proficiency with VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with diverse stakeholders and leadership
• Ability to work flexible hours to accommodate global time zones

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting audit processes and working with external accounting providers in a compliance-focused environment
• Hands-on knowledge of Coupa, Kyriba, and Oracle Cloud
• Previous experience working for a scaled, US-listed technology company
