About the role

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers to drive growth acquisition.
  • Manage assigned existing accounts by creating strategic plans that enhance reseller go-to-market initiatives.
  • Generate revenue and increase market share by positioning and selling Ingram Micro's products, programs, and services.
  • Champion significant projects and business initiatives with creativity and minimal supervision.
  • Mentor and motivate less experienced team members to help them meet and exceed personal and team targets.
  • Manage sales pipelines effectively and ensure all metrics and objectives are successfully achieved.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 6 years of sales or customer service experience.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in the technology or distribution industry.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Proven ability to design and execute strategic business plans.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 10%, which may include international travel.
