Sr Account Representative

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive growth and acquisition
• Manage assigned existing accounts by creating strategic plans that enhance reseller go-to-market initiatives
• Generate revenue and increase market share by positioning and selling Ingram Micro's products, programs, and services
• Champion significant projects and business initiatives using creativity and ingenuity
• Mentor and motivate less experienced team members to meet and exceed personal and team targets
• Manage sales pipelines with a dynamic understanding of metrics and objectives

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Minimum of 6 years of sales or customer service experience
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in technology or distribution within a sales or customer service capacity
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Expertise in pipeline management and strategic business planning
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and handle large quantities of information with accuracy
