Sr. Account Manager, WM Advisory

Responsibilities

• Coordinate account administration for fiduciary, investment management, estate settlement, guardianship, and custody accounts for complex client relationships.
• Resolve client issues and communicate resolution steps effectively to stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain working knowledge of governing documents and account agreements.
• Oversee action plans for client servicing events, including account opening/closing, cash movement, and fee set-ups.
• Assist Trust Advisors and Estate Settlement Administrators with account acceptance, compliance management, and annual account reviews.
• Identify service efficiency enhancements and process improvements to optimize service delivery.
• Serve as a subject matter expert and mentor to junior-level employees.

Requirements

• In-depth functional knowledge of personal trust, estate, guardian, and advisory services and products.
• Knowledge of internal bank trust functions.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Peoplesoft and other business applications critical to relationship management.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• College or University degree.
• 5-7 years of experience in financial servicing or a related field.
