Sr Account Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a roster of key agency accounts
• Work closely with the Trading team to rapidly onboard new customers
• Partner with Sales to identify opportunities to expand current accounts
• Act as a platform expert, providing insights and best practices to improve client campaigns
• Provide continuous training to clients on new platform features
• Collaborate with Product Management to help define and drive platform enhancements
• Support the Client Services practice by creating training materials, best practices, and customer guides

Requirements

• 6+ years of online advertising experience
• 3+ years of client-facing experience
• Expertise in RTB, DSPs, ad exchanges, and other optimization platforms
• Experience managing CPA, CPC, and CPM marketing campaigns
• Proficiency in Excel and MS Office, including pivot tables and large data set manipulation
• Fluency in both English and Mandarin (verbal and written)
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
