About the role
Responsibilities
- Partner with Publisher Strategic Relationship Managers and Account Managers to optimize programmatic supply strategy and revenue outcomes.
- Analyze publisher performance across the marketplace to provide data-driven recommendations for improving supply quality and demand activation.
- Guide publisher teams on programmatic best practices, marketplace configuration, and strategies for maximizing CTV and video demand.
- Collaborate with Product and Sales Marketing teams to roll out new programmatic products and features to publisher stakeholders.
- Align supply readiness with demand requirements by partnering closely with Demand Activation counterparts.
- Provide technical guidance and act as a subject-matter expert for programmatic issues impacting publisher supply performance.
- Support troubleshooting related to marketplace behavior, ad delivery, supply setup, and network configuration.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in account management, partner-facing, or operational roles within ad tech.
- Solid understanding of the programmatic ecosystem, including SSP and ad server technologies, DSP buying behavior, and auction dynamics.
- Demonstrated success managing strategic relationships with publishers, programmatic partners, or enterprise clients.
- Proficiency with analytics and reporting tools such as Looker or similar BI dashboards.
- Strong consultative and communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business insights.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working within or alongside an SSP or ad server environment in a publisher-facing capacity.
- Familiarity with CTV supply chain workflows, including PMP, PG, and open exchange deal types.
- Hands-on experience with supply configuration, deal troubleshooting, or programmatic ad operations.
- Understanding of addressability, audience signals, and identity impacts on programmatic demand.
- Experience using AI tools to build structured workflows or automate operational tasks.
