About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day operational health and commercial relationships for a portfolio of strategic, multi-million dollar ARR accounts.
  • Drive expansion pipeline by identifying new workloads, infrastructure challenges, and organizational changes within existing accounts.
  • Negotiate renewal terms and expansion pricing in partnership with company executives.
  • Coordinate across Support, Engineering, and Product teams to resolve technical issues and ensure all customer commitments are met.
  • Build and maintain deep working relationships across multiple stakeholder layers, including Infrastructure, DevOps, Storage Engineering, and Procurement.
  • Partner with Solutions Engineers on technical discovery, architecture reviews, and POC engagements.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline, account health, and forecast data within the CRM.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in a hybrid Account Management, CSM, or Strategic Sales role.
  • Proven track record of managing and growing multi-million dollar accounts with measurable NRR and expansion results.
  • Deep technical fluency in cloud infrastructure, including object storage, S3-compatible APIs, and data pipeline design.
  • Experience working with technical buyers such as VPs of Infrastructure, Storage Architects, and DevOps leads.
  • Ability to carry a quota and meet defined ramp targets and expansion goals.
  • Strong operational discipline and the ability to manage complex technical workflows.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience selling to or within Neocloud, hyperscaler, or AI/ML infrastructure environments.
  • Familiarity with data egress cost structures, S3 pricing models, and total cost of ownership (TCO) conversations.
  • Background at a specialized cloud or infrastructure vendor.
