Sr. Account Manager, Industrial Water Treatment

Responsibilities

• Manage and retain an existing customer base by demonstrating ChemTreat's value and return on investment
• Drive new business growth through prospecting, cold calling, and strategic relationship building
• Implement innovative sales strategies to increase market share within the assigned geography
• Meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume and margin dollars
• Troubleshoot technical and site-specific process issues related to water treatment
• Create and present effective proposals and communicate the ChemTreat value proposition to customers
• Collaborate with technical staff and management to develop retention and growth strategies

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering or a related technical degree
• 7+ years of successful experience in the water treatment industry
• Proven track record of generating sales revenue and growing an account base
• Strong technical troubleshooting skills within water treatment applications
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for service reports and proposals
