Sr. Account Manager, Industrial Water Treatment

Responsibilities

• Lead the creation and implementation of innovative sales strategies to increase market share within the assigned geography.
• Manage and retain an existing customer base by fostering ChemTreat's value certification and ensuring return on investment.
• Drive new business growth through prospecting, cold calling, and identifying key decision-makers.
• Meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume and margin dollars.
• Develop key professional relationships with customers and engage technical staff to develop growth strategies.
• Create and present effective proposals and communicate the ChemTreat value proposition.
• Troubleshoot technical and site-specific process issues as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering or a technical degree (or equivalent experience).
• 7+ years of successful water treatment related experience.
• Proven track record of generating sales revenue and growing an account base.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
• Strong organizational, self-management, and communication skills.
• Ability to travel within the assigned territory and work varied schedules.
