Sr. Account Manager, AI Sales

Responsibilities

• Act as the subject matter expert and single point of contact for customers evaluating data center infrastructure for AI workloads.
• Advise customers on best practices for AI-ready infrastructure, including liquid cooling, thermal management, and high-density power distribution.
• Drive strategic conversations across market segments including Server OEMs, CSP, NeoCloud, and Enterprise data centers.
• Partner with internal technical experts to design and optimize AI-ready data center and edge site environments.
• Enable partners by training Solutions Architects on positioning and implementing AI-focused infrastructure.
• Provide Voice of the Customer (VOC) insights to internal product teams to influence roadmap strategy and identify market gaps.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field (or equivalent experience).
• 10+ years of experience within the data center industry.
• Proven experience working with or for hardware/infrastructure manufacturers or server OEMs.
• Strong solution selling expertise and sales acumen in customer-facing roles.
• Familiarity with AI workloads, High-Performance Computing (HPC), and edge AI deployments.
• Ability to drive strategic technical discussions with CIOs, CTOs, and operations leaders.
• Willingness to travel approximately 50%.

Preferred Qualifications

• Direct experience with thermal management, power systems, or IT rack solutions.
