About the role

Responsibilities

  • Own senior stakeholder relationships across a portfolio of 10–20 enterprise accounts
  • Act as a strategic advisor to client marketing and content leaders to align Knotch solutions with their business goals
  • Develop and evolve Account Plans that define business outcomes, growth pathways, and commercial timelines
  • Drive commercial strategy, including renewals, pricing conversations, and expansion opportunities
  • Partner with Customer Success and Strategic Consulting teams to ensure commercial plans support platform delivery
  • Maintain rigorous forecasting for renewals, expansions, and multi-year opportunities

Requirements

  • 8-10+ years of enterprise account management experience
  • Experience working in both SaaS and marketing agency environments
  • Proven track record of selling to Director–SVP level stakeholders
  • Quota-carrying experience or direct commercial ownership of enterprise accounts
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to connect marketing strategy to measurable outcomes
  • Proficiency with AI-powered sales, research, and productivity tools
  • Excellent executive communication and presentation skills
