SQS - Executive

Responsibilities

• Perform QA/QC on raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods
• Conduct microbiological analysis of raw materials and finished products
• Implement SPC/SQC and Quality Index protocols at the site
• Analyze consumer complaints and provide detailed findings reports
• Manage non-conformities using CAPA analysis and communicate with vendors
• Ensure full compliance with all statutory food law requirements
• Monitor and communicate EHS principles, standards, and KPIs
• Execute spirits blending, including mathematical calculations for ratios and ingredient weighing
• Manage inventory counts for ENA, GNS, MRS, and processing materials
• Perform production order punching, consumption tracking, and loss control in SAP
• Prepare various technical reports including blending, tank, and quality control reports

Requirements

• Experience in QA/QC of raw and packaging materials
• Proficiency in microbiological analysis
• Experience with SPC/SQC implementation and CAPA analysis
• Strong understanding of food law compliance and EHS monitoring
• Proficiency in SAP for production and consumption control
• Ability to perform precise mathematical calculations for spirits blending
