SQL Developer

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize high-performance T-SQL queries, stored procedures, views, and user-defined functions
• Design and implement SQL databases aligned to end-user needs and application requirements
• Build and architect scalable ETL workflows using SSIS packages to ensure speed and reliability
• Investigate and resolve performance issues through index tuning, transaction log handling, and query optimization
• Migrate data across platforms while ensuring integrity, consistency, and zero downtime
• Monitor and fine-tune database configurations to ensure fast and stable query responses
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to establish development standards and document schema designs
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for various in-house applications and systems
• Participate in a rotating on-call schedule and periodic adjusted work hours as needed

Requirements

• Minimum of three years of experience with SQL Server
• Proficient in writing T-SQL code, including update queries and maintaining data dictionaries
• Experience with SSIS and building/maintaining ETL workflows
• Strong understanding of relational database concepts and query languages
• Experience managing database utilities and monitoring relationships between users and applications
• Proven ability to create and maintain detailed data correction logs and metadata
