SQE Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Supplier Quality Engineering function, including a team of engineers and incoming inspection technicians
• Secure the quality of manufacturing processes at Critical Care suppliers
• Organize and drive strategic supplier quality activities and resource planning
• Manage, prioritize, and distribute work within the function to support R&D and Product Care projects
• Continuously improve methods, tools, and ways of working to increase quality and efficiency
• Ensure alignment with global quality and regulatory directives
• Establish strong cooperation and communication with suppliers to drive continuous improvement

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering
• Experience in Production, Production Engineering, or Product Development
• Knowledge of various production techniques
• Strong expertise in electronics and mechanics
• Proficiency in using quality and problem-solving tools
• Experience with systematic process development and compliance
• Full proficiency in both Swedish and English
• Ability to travel for supplier relationship management
