SQA Deputy Manager/Manager

Responsibilities

• Provide supplier selection recommendations to the RO Sourcing Committee based on capability for specific commodities and regions
• Validate that VRFs are updated according to Group standards, including design standards and commodity checklists
• Utilize the SRM PQA module for all project components
• Ensure strict adherence to the Supplier Quality Manual (SQM) and validate AQP.pp deliverables
• Escalate technical issues requiring modifications to drawings, specifications, or VRFs to Project Quality and Purchasing
• Validate PD and CA for supplier incidents in compliance with Group Standard reactivity timelines
• Perform C1 and Wr Process Audits and validate CSL1/CSL2 requests
• Manage key performance indicators including IS approval timelines, Red Launches, and incident recurrence
• Coordinate PG SQA Commodity Leaders and Engineers

Requirements

• Experience in supplier quality assurance and selection processes
• Proficiency in using SRM PQA modules and managing quality indicators
• Ability to perform process audits (C1 and Wr)
• Strong leadership skills to coordinate engineers and commodity leaders
• Knowledge of automotive quality standards and supplier management
