About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead the SPY-6 Integration & Test Cross Product Team (CPT), overseeing system integration, sell-off, and flight test activities across all programs
- Manage the execution of all assigned scope of work, including personnel allocation and approval of I&T contract deliverables
- Support program growth through proposal development and the continuous improvement of people, processes, and tools
- Act as the primary engineering interface to Engineering Directorates and program leadership
- Coordinate with internal and external organizations on integration and test planning, execution, and reporting
- Ensure proper test site support is provided to Near Field, Far Field, Test Site, and Shipyard locations
- Implement best practices and common tool development for automated testing and analysis, driving DevOps and MBSE initiatives
- Oversee applicable phases of the Gate process to maximize business performance
Requirements
- STEM degree (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics)
- Minimum of 12 years of relevant professional experience
- Extensive experience in systems engineering, including integration, requirements, verification, and validation
- Proven experience with Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS)
- Demonstrated technical or functional leadership experience
- Experience with Cost Account Management (CAM), Integrated Master Plan (IMP), and Integrated Master Schedule (IMS)
- Active and existing U.S. government Secret security clearance required on day one
Preferred Qualifications
- Level 6 or higher PMX certification
- Experience as a Competitive Capture Volume lead or proposal lead
- Experience with DoD or similar major programs throughout the full product lifecycle
- Demonstrated IPT leadership or program management experience
- Raytheon (R6s) Six Sigma Expert
- Experience leading program initiatives, developing talent, and driving change management
