Responsibilities

• Perform service work on fire sprinkler systems
• Maintain a focus on meeting and exceeding customer needs and expectations
• Build relationships with current customers and proactively promote services
• Use trade-appropriate tools to perform daily pipe fitting duties efficiently and safely
• Train others to use trade-appropriate tools efficiently and safely

Requirements

• Working knowledge of wet, dry, pre-action, and deluge systems
• Knowledge of backflow and minimum knowledge of fire pumps
• Ability to troubleshoot fire protection systems
• Proficient in NFPA 13, 20 & 24 code requirements
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Sprinkler Service (7 to 10 years preferred)
• Ability to operate a basic service platform
• Clear background and ability to pass a drug screen
