Sprinkler Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage scheduling and coordination of manpower and materials for sprinkler projects
• Review and approve project drawings, submittals, and fabricate lists
• Ensure compliance with local authority having jurisdiction (AHJ) requirements for permitting processes
• Monitor project budgets and financials to identify cost savings and mitigate impacts
• Conduct site visits and participate in project meetings
• Communicate project status and resolve issues with field personnel, customers, and subcontractors
• Maintain accurate documentation and track changes affecting project scope and costs

Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of fire sprinkler installation experience
• At least 3 years of project management experience in fire protection or related fields
• Knowledgeable with NFPA 13, NFPA 20, NFPA 25, and FM Global Standards
• Technical understanding of various fire sprinkler system types including Wet, Dry, Preaction, and Deluge
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
