Responsibilities

• Manage the overall Fire Sprinkler department, including project repair, testing, and completion
• Maintain proper Risk Management and Safety procedures on all job sites
• Create, maintain, and develop a client base to meet established goals
• Generate new business, quote on contract opportunities, and negotiate contracts
• Oversee hiring, disciplinary action, and termination of field employees

Requirements

• 7-10 years of experience installing fire sprinkler systems
• Experience hiring, training, and managing field employees
• Proficiency in management, inventory, budgeting, scheduling, and contract negotiation
• Working knowledge of state/local codes, NFPA Standards, and AHJ regulations
• Valid State Driver's License with an acceptable driving record
• Ability to pass background checks

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency with AutoCAD
• Proficiency with SprinkCAD
• Ability to read blueprints and instruct others in their use
