About the Company

The MONTESSORI Förderkreis Nürnberg e. V. operates a state-approved Montessori primary and secondary school, as well as a Montessori children's house. We support over 550 children and adolescents aged 1 to 17 based on the principles of Maria Montessori pedagogy, employing approximately 170 staff members in education, teaching, pedagogy, and administration.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal and individual support to children and adolescents during lessons, breaks, and excursions
• Promote social interaction and communication
• Assist in all areas including school day organization, toilet assistance, and conflict resolution
• Supervise children and adolescents according to the schedule between 08:00 and 16:00
• Collaborate with class teachers and pedagogical staff to ensure optimal development

Requirements

• Completed training in an educational or pedagogical profession
• Interest in integrative teaching within the Montessori framework
• High level of flexibility and readiness for same-day deployment
• Experience working with children and adolescents with various disabilities
• High adaptability and commitment
• Ability to work in teams and enjoy heterogeneous learning groups
• Willingness to contribute to the development of the pedagogical concept
• Possession of an extended certificate of good conduct (erweitertes Führungszeugnis)
