Springboard Fellow

Responsibilities

• Oversee the experience of Jewish students in Greek Life through the Community Engagement Fellowship
• Build a minimum of 200 relationships with students on campus, focusing on Greek life
• Personally engage 200+ students through 1:1 conversations to guide participation in the Jewish community
• Identify and cultivate student leaders within Hillel
• Facilitate leadership workshops and Jewish learning for existing communities
• Advise student-led groups focusing on pre-professional and niche-interest communities
• Innovate and oversee engaging Jewish programming for Greek Life and the general student population

Requirements

• 0-3 years of professional work experience
• Bachelor's degree
• Natural ability to network and build relationships
• Passion for Jewish life and interest in the Greek Life community
• Experience using social media tools for community building
• Excellent organizational and prioritization skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a large staff team

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Greek Life as a student
• Experience as an educator in a Jewish educational setting
