Sportstyle Footwear Jr Designer

Responsibilities

• Participate in the creation of footwear products for the Sportstyle category
• Develop new designs, sketches, concepts, and mock-ups
• Contribute to color, material, and finish offerings in collaboration with the color team
• Research material, construction, and branding combinations
• Create and update design execution documents, tech packs, and files
• Monitor global trends and perform competitive market analyses
• Present design concepts and research to the team and collaborate with cross-functional partners

Requirements

• 2 to 5 years of post-secondary design education
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign
• Strong understanding of sneaker and sportstyle culture
• Knowledge of contemporary footwear design and consumer behaviors
• Fluent in English
• Ability to work on-site in Annecy, France
• Must have a valid university internship agreement (convention de stage)

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous internship experience in footwear design
• Proficiency in Clo 3D, Vizcom, or other AI design software
• Experience with the Office Suite

• Monthly internship allowance based on education level (up to €1,200 gross for PhD)
