Sports Site Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support officials and coaches during practice and games
• Solve and report any problems on site
• Promote and support the recruitment of volunteers and assist with training and development
• Set up facilities, including opening and closing the building
• Ensure the game site is safe, clean, and secure
• Implement first aid and safety procedures according to Association policies

Requirements

• Knowledge of rules and policies in soccer, volleyball, basketball, football, and baseball
• High school diploma or GED
• CPR/AED and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days)
• Availability to work Saturdays during summer and weekday evenings/Saturdays in spring and fall
• Ability to pass reference checks, drug screens, background checks, and sex offender checks

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience as a sports referee
• General knowledge of fitness and wellness
