About the role
Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of the campus sports ministry and volunteer teams
- Recruit, train, and guide coaches and volunteers for leagues and camps
- Execute league and camp operations including teams, schedules, and referees
- Maintain facility readiness, equipment, and safety standards
- Build relationships with Stars families and integrate ministry with other CCV ministries
- Connect with local schools and community partners to promote the program
Requirements

- Strong interpersonal, conflict resolution, and leadership skills
- Customer-focused mindset with drive for results and self-development
- Strategic planning and administrative abilities to manage multiple seasons
- College experience preferred; previous leadership and coaching experience highly desired
