Sports Medicine Specialist

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and manage sports-related injuries in athletes of all ages and levels
• Design and implement injury prevention programs tailored to individual and team needs
• Develop personalized rehabilitation plans to facilitate safe and effective recovery
• Collaborate with physiotherapists, trainers, coaches, and other healthcare professionals
• Educate athletes on proper techniques, conditioning, and health maintenance
• Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with healthcare standards
• Stay informed about advancements in sports medicine and rehabilitation

Requirements

• Medical degree with specialization in Sports Medicine or Orthopedics
• Board certification or equivalent qualification in Sports Medicine
• Valid medical license to practice in the relevant region
• Proven experience in injury prevention, management, and rehabilitation of athletes
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work within multidisciplinary teams
• Strong commitment to patient-centered care and professional development
