Sports Marketing Trainee

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation of global marketing campaigns within the German market
• Assist in the planning and execution of events, including dealer and community events and brand activations
• Contribute to local online and offline marketing measures
• Develop social media concepts in collaboration with the Digital Team
• Support projects involving athletes, ambassadors, and influencers
• Create briefings, presentations, and reports
• Manage individual projects within Sports Marketing
• Collaborate with agencies, partners, retailers, and the sales team

Requirements

• Degree in Sport Management, Marketing, Communication, or a related field
• Strong interest in marketing, event management, and project management
• Hands-on mentality with the ability to work independently
• Structured, organized, and proactive working style
• Fluency in German and good proficiency in English
• Proficiency in MS Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint
• Solid understanding of social media trends and platforms
• Passion for sports, the outdoors, and fashion

Preferred Qualifications

• Initial practical experience in marketing or event management
• Experience with creative tools such as Adobe Photoshop or InDesign
