About the role
Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead rugby sessions for children aged 10 to 15
- Design training cycles and varied, progressive sports sessions
- Use rugby as a pedagogical tool to transmit values of respect, discipline, and mutual aid
- Develop motor, physical, and collective skills in children
- Ensure participant safety during sports activities
- Organize sporting events, tournaments, and holiday camps
- Support educational needs including homework help and individual follow-up
- Maintain regular contact with families, schools, and partners
Requirements
- DEJEPS Rugby diploma
- Valid driver's license (Permis B)
- At least 4 years of experience with similar audiences
- Sensitivity to social work and youth development
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- Strong sense of responsibility, autonomy, and teamwork
