About the Company

Since 2014, L’École des XV works to offer children from sensitive neighborhoods the same chances of success as everyone else. Our program combines academic support with sports and educational practice based on the values of rugby: respect, commitment, solidarity, and self-improvement.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead rugby sessions adapted to youth aged 10 to 15
• Design training cycles and varied, playful, and progressive sports sessions
• Use rugby as a pedagogical tool to transmit values of respect, discipline, and mutual aid
• Develop the motor, physical, and collective skills of children
• Ensure the safety of participants during sports activities
• Participate in the organization of sporting events, tournaments, and holiday camps
• Support children in their sporting progress and group engagement
• Contribute to educational support including homework help and individual follow-up
• Maintain regular contact with families, schools, and partners

Requirements

• DEJEPS Rugby diploma
• Valid driver's license (Permis B)
• At least 4 years of experience working with a similar audience
• Sensitivity to the social sector
• Proficiency in office tools (Word, Excel)
• Strong sense of responsibility, autonomy, and rigor
• Team spirit and excellent interpersonal skills
