Sports Coach/Activity Leader

Responsibilities

• Deliver fun, inclusive sports and activity sessions for children
• Plan and support multi-sports, games, arts & crafts, and structured play
• Encourage participation and support children’s confidence and development
• Maintain a safe, welcoming, and inclusive environment
• Follow safeguarding, health & safety, and company procedures
• Complete accident and incident documentation
• Communicate effectively with children, parents, colleagues, and schools

Requirements

• Previous experience working with or coaching children (desirable)
• Positive, enthusiastic, and proactive attitude
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable, responsible, and able to follow procedures
• Ability to maintain high safety standards
• Energy, creativity, and genuine passion for working with children
• Ability to work well as part of a team in a busy environment
• Enhanced DBS check and two references required
