Sports Coach

Responsibilities

• Be a part of a highly motivated team committed to education reform and building exemplary schools
• Collaborate with coaches across the network to build a world-class athletics program
• Inspire a love for sport and encourage critical thinking through rigorous instruction
• Coordinate and lead family meetings
• Receive routine, ongoing feedback and support from leadership and faculty

Requirements

• Experience coaching youth and/or collegiate teams
• Ability to manage administrative and coaching aspects in an organized manner
• Ability to teach concepts such as teamwork, healthy lifestyles, and sportsmanship
• Advanced understanding and education in soccer, basketball, or track & field
• Ability to build relationships with school community stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience coaching futsal
• Experience working with K-4 grades in a school setting
